Kathmandu, Nov 29,, Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRNA) National Coordination Council, Women Forum in Switzerland has provided altogether 12 wheelchairs to the Bir Hospital today.
Forum’s former Vice-President Bijaya Bhatta took the lead for the fundraiser while Forum’s Coordinator Shuva Elmer coordinated to mobilize the fund for the same.
The wheelchairs were distributed to aid in the treatment of the patients in the oldest hospital in the country, former Vice-President of the Forum Bhatta said.
Hospital’s Officiating Director Dr Saroj Sharma applauded the in-kind support.
