Kathmandu, Dec 15,, Police have arrested a youth with brown sugar from Naagdhunga at Chandragiri Municiplaity-2 in Kathmandu today.
Pawan Chaudhary, 22, of Dhangadi Sub-Metropolitan City in Kailali was nabbed by the police team deputed from the Metropolitan Police Range at Nagdhunga while screening the bus (Na 6 Kha 423) coming to Kathmandu from Kailali.
He was hiding the narcotic drugs in his jacket, police said. Further investigation into the case was underway.
Meanwhile police seized and destroyed 1,800 litres of homemade alcohol and 6,200 litre of raw material at Kapan of Budhanikantha Municipality-10 in Kathmandu today.
