Baglung, Feb. 1 ,, A health post building has been constructed at Pala village in Kathekhola Rural Municipality-1, Baglung. According to ward chairman Khadka Thapa, the building was constructed at the cost of Rs 16.6 million from the Urban Development and Building Construction Division Office, Baglung.
Jayandra Shrestha, Proprietor of Galwa Jayalaxmi JV, shared that the building was developed four months earlier than the promised contract period.
With the new construction, the quake-resistant two-storied building will have sufficient rooms for administrative block, lab room, drug storage and others.
Similarly, quarters for the officials are also built within the same cost. In-charge of the health post, Lok Bahadur Thapa, hoped that service delivery would be easier after the new set of physical infrastructure.
