Pokhara, Feb 1 ,, The Pokhara Tourism Council is to make efforts to expand air connectivity in Nepal.
At a concluding function of promotional visit of North-East India held on Sunday, Council Chair Chiranjibi Pokharel suggested the Indian tourism entrepreneurs to make Nepal’s air service further effective.
Keeping in mind the complaints lodged by tourism entrepreneurs from the surrounding of Nepal-India Kakadbhitta border for no direct flight connection from Chandragadhi airport to Pokhara, Pokharel said efforts would be initiated to establish direct connectivity from Bhadrapur to Pokhara.
On the occasion, Chair Pokharel and senior tourism entrepreneur Ganesh Bahadur Bhattarai had handed over the tour team members the certificate of participation. —
