‘Adityadhoj Joshi Memorial Award’ to Bhattarai and Shrestha

Kathmandu, Feb 14   ,,   The Rastriya Samachar Samiti (RSS) chapter of Nepal National Employees Organization has decided to present this year’s ‘Aditadhoj Joshi Memorial Award’ to RSS Chief Reporter Tirtha Prasd Bhattarai and Audio-Photo Deputy Editor Ramlal Shrestha.
Chief Reporter Bhattarai had been in the service of RSS since 2051 BS and Photo Editor Shrestha had entered the RSS career in 2044 BS.
The recent meeting of the organization decided to provide the awards to Bhattarai and Shrestha on the occasion of the 58th anniversary of RSS on 19 February, informed Prem Prasad Upadhyay, chairperson of the organization RSS chapter.
The annual award carries a purse of Rs 5,555 each. The award was instituted in memory of Adityadhoj Joshi, the ex-administrator of RSS, in 2066 BS. —
