Kathmandu, June 22(RSS): A squad going to China to take part in the International Rafting Federation (IRF) 2018 Ziyuan Rafting Festival was given farewell amidst a programme here today.
Nepal Rafting and Canoeing Association chair Man Bahadur Neupane bade farewell to the team.
The team comprises Nepal Tourism Department’s deputy director general Poshnath Adhikari, Nepal Rafting Association chair Nim Bahadur Magar, general secretary Shiba Adhikari, athletes Leela Bahadur Gurung, Jeevan Magar, Pradip Magar and Sunil Gurung.
The event runs from June 27 to July 1.
