Kathmandu, July 19 : Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba today voiced concern about the postponement of today’s meeting of the House of Representatives.
In another context, Deuba talking to media-persons in Baneshwor said the government suppressed the peaceful protests carried out in Maitighar Mandala in Kathmandu and by Dr Gobinda KC in Jumla.
He also demanded that the government should address demands of Dr KC and focus on his medical treatment, while calling for it to table the Medical Education Bill in the parliament as per the ordinance brought by erstwhile Nepali Congress-led government.
