Solukhumbu, Sept 17 ,, Two Australian citizens died in a road accident that took place at Ghurmi of Udayapur on Monday.
They were travelling for Solukhumbu from Kathmandu when the incident took place. They have been identified as Husek Rudolph,75,and his wife Husek Aan Sirial,75, according to Sub-inspector at the Police Post in Ghurmi Bindeswar Rawat. Likewise, seven other occupants of the jeep were injured.
The jeep with registration number Na. 1 Ja. 7969 fell some 100 meters below the road. The injured have been rushed to Kathmandu for treatment, police said.
