Kathmandu, June 17 (RSS): In a meeting of the National Assembly today, Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, Sher Bahadur Tamang, presented a bill related to the administrative court.
Tabling the bill, the Minister said the objective of bringing the bill was to empower the administrative court so that it could finalise the issues relating to transfer, promotion and retirement of employees. Prior to this, taking a special time in the meeting, Narpati Lohar, Jitendra Narayan Dev, Bimala Rai, Kamala Oli, Hari Charan Shiwakoti and Chakra Prasad Snehi drew the government’s attention on contemporary issues. The next meeting of the upper house in the bicameral Federal Parliament has been scheduled for 2:00 pm Monday.
