Child dies due to snake bite

Doti, July 4  ,,  A nine-year-old boy was killed due to snake bite at KI Singh rural municipality in the east of Doti district this morning. The victim is Jhakendra Bahadur Bogati, son of Sher Bahadur Bogati, of Tikhattar, spokesman of the District Police Office, Lal Bahadur Dhami, said. Jhakendra was bitten by a snake while he was reading outside the house. He died on the way to Shaileshwari hospital in Pipalla of Dipayal. A 42-year-old woman, Jmauna Devi Karki, of Kalagadh, Shikar municipality died due to snake bite on Wednesday. Snake bite cases have increased in the district with the increase in temperature since the last few weeks.
