Kathmandu, Sept 22 (RSS): President Bidya Devi Bhandari has designated the responsibility of acting Prime Minster to Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Defense Iswor Pokharel.
President Bhandarti, on the recommendation of Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli, entrusted DPM Pokharel with the responsibility of acting Prime Minister.
PM Oli has left for New York of the United States of America today to attend the 73rd United Nations General Assembly.
Assistant Spokesperson of the President’s Office, Keshab Prasad Ghimire informed that the President assigned DPM and Minister for Defense Pokharel as the acting PM to look after day-to-day administration of the country in the absence of Prime Minister Oli. —
