Engineer and technician expelled for taking bribe

Babiyachaur, Myagdi, June 14 (RSS): Two technicians of Education Development and Coordination Unit, Myagdi, were under investigation based on a complaint of receiving bribe from service-recipients, have been expelled from their jobs.
The employees expelled are Engineer Srikrishna Khanal and technician Pramod Uprety. They had allegedly threatened and forced the service recipients to take bribe regarding the selection of class room building planning, advance release and settlement.
Unit In-charge Ram kumar Shresths shared that their files have been sent to Pokhara-based Regional Office of Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) through district administration office for investigation by terminating their daily-basis contracts.
