Kathmandu, Feb. 8 ,, This year’s Basu Rimal Yatri Memorial Prize would be given away to RSS International News Editing Desk Chief Somnath Lamichhane and Association’s former Chairman Kheshav Khatri, according to Association’s Chairman Manoj Kumar Lamichhane.
The prize being provided every year by Rastriya Samachar Samiti (RSS) Employees’ Association carries a purse of Rs 5,000 each and letter of appreciation.
Editor Lamichhane is associated with RSS for 24 years now while driver Khatri is serving RSS for 23 years. The prize would be handed over to the duo on Falgun 7 (19th February) on RSS Anniversary. The prize was established nine years ago in memory of Yatri, who worked at RSS for long.
