Hetauda, March 22 ,, Chief of State-3, Anuradha Koirala, has summoned the winter session of the State Assembly at 3pm on March 31, the State Chief’s Secretariat stated today.
As per article 183 (1) of the Constitution of Nepal, the State Chief calls the State Assembly session on the recommendation of the state government.
