Parbat, Feb. 3 ,, Chairman of the National Assembly (NA) Ganesh Prasad Timilsina has said that technology-friendly education should be promoted in the present time.
Inaugurating the golden jubilee celebration of Purneshwor Secondary School in Parbat district on Saturday, Chairman Timisina said that a complete change in the traditional way of teaching is needed.
Saying that at least a school in each local level should run technical education, the NA Chairman drew attention of all three-level of governments to provide skill-oriented education to the students for generating employment and self-employment at least after completion of the secondary level education.
Timilsina added that Nepal should not be the place for producing educated unemployed youth, and said that nation would progress sooner only if environment conducive was generated to create employment opportunities in the country itself.
Chairman Timilsina also expressed the hope that the nation would progress remarkably than people’s expectation in coming five years.
On the occasion, he also vowed to support for the establishment of a technical education in Purneshwor Secondary School.
