Kathmandu, Nov. 30,, Two persons died in separate road accidents in Dailekh and Saptari districts last night. Gagan Prasad Pandey, 49, of Mahabu Rural Municipality-4 in Dailekh district died on the spot after a tractor (Bhe 1 Ta 6420) met with an accident on its route to Mahabu from Dailekh district headquarters, Dllu, Police Inspector Prem Bahadur said.
Tractor driver Jhalak Bahadur Hamal of Narayan Municipality-3 in the district has sustained injuries in the incident and is receiving treatment in District Hospital.
Meanwhile, a woman died after a bus knocked her down at Rupani Rural Municipality-1 in Saptari district. The Rupani bound bus (Na 1 Ja 8103) from Rajbiraj hit Pramila Devi Paswan, 38, and her 14-year-old daughter Prabati Kumari, injuring both of them. According to the police, seriously injured Pramila breathed her last while undergoing treatment at Unique Hospital in Rupani.
